- To arrange for following audits in all the departments:
- Course Files
- Activities and Facilities of the Curriculum and Physical Laboratories
- Final Year Projects
- Quality Improvement of Faculty Members
- Personal File of Faculty Members
2. To arrange for awareness programs on the quality of different academic functions of the Institute
3. To submit Annual Report to College Authority for taking appropriate action.
Role and Responsibilities
Coordinator:
- To arrange for meeting of the cell in each semester
- Coordinate with other members to arrange for audit of activities
- Submit report to the college authority on audit
- Arrange quality awareness programme in the institute
- Prepare annual report of the cell
- Arrange for quality awareness meeting in the departments
Departmental Faculty Representatives
- Attend the cell meeting
- Audit the academic documents of respective departments
- Arrange for quality awareness meeting in the departments
