Central Computer Center
A Central Computer Center with seventy odd terminals is exclusively available to the students for their use of internet and intranet facility during and after college hour. Internet and intranet access are provided through wired and wireless connections backed by high end servers. Back-up servers are available for worst case conditions. Students use the terminals for internet surfing, downloading of study materials, e-journals, project materials, problem solving, and programming practice etc.
Central Library
The Central Library and Information Centre is spread across an area of 404.23 sq m and has a rich collection of Books along with Print Journals ,Technical Magazines and Periodicals. The e-journals of the Central Library can be accessed throughout the campus as it is IP based.
The Central Library functions from 9.00 A.M to 8.00 P.M on Weekdays and on Saturdays from 10.00.am to 3.00 P.M. Reprographic facilities like photocopying and scanning of documents are also available in the Library.
Journals & Magazines
The Central Library and Information Centre subscribes Print Indian Journals (43). The Central Library also subscribes IEEE All society periodical package. The Central Library subscribes dailies like the Telegraph, The Statesman, The Times of India, The Indian Express and Employment News.

Internet
The Institution has two dedicated Internet Connections of bandwidth 300 Mbps and 150 Mbps respectively. The internet is available from anywhere in the campus as the college is fully Wi-Fi enabled. The college has a computer center where students may use internet facility after college hours as well. The computer center remains open from 9.30 AM to 8.00PM , Monday to Friday and 9.30 AM to 3.00PM on Saturdays.
Intranet
St. Thomas’ College of Engineering and Technology has nearly three hundreds of computers connected in LAN. The college is equipped with twenty access points which provide the Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the campus. These facilities help the college for e-learning of students. The faculty members distribute teaching materials and assignments to the students through intranet. Students respond and interact with the faculty members through intranet.
Language Practice Laboratory
The Lab has full facilities for the students and staff of the college to improve their speaking as well as reading skills. The lab provides the facilities in the form of audio recording system along the tuning and toning of their voice levels. To gain confidence as a speaker under different circumstances, they are trained for GD, Seminars as well as Project presentations.
Recreation
Boys Common Room
The Common Room is a place which provides a place of interaction amongst the students of the college. It is equipped with 2 Table Tennis and 2 Carrom Boards. The Common Room is open for the students from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 11.30 a.m. till 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Girls Common Room
The Common Room is a place which provides a place of interaction amongst the students of the college. It is equipped with 1 Table Tennis and 1 Carrom Boards. The Common Room is open for the students from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 11.30 a.m. till 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Canteen
The college canteen is available for the students throughout the day. The students have a variety of dishes to choose from like Chinese, South Indian, Bengali etc. Snacks are also available for the students. The canteen has 8 staff who can serve approximately 40 students simultaneously.
