Eligibility Criteria (2025 – 2026)B.Tech in Information Technology (IT)

  1. Academic Qualification:
    • Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in:
      • Physics and Mathematics (compulsory),
      • along with one of the following: Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Practices / Engineering Graphics / Business Studies.
    • Must have cleared both Theory and Practical in the above subjects.
  2. Entrance Exam:
    • Must have a valid rank in WBJEE 2025 or JEE (Main) 2025.
  3. English Proficiency:
    • Passed in English (minimum 30% marks) in 10+2.
  4. Age Limit:
    • Lower Age Limit: 17 years as on 31st December 2024.
    • No Upper Age Limit.
