Roles and Responsibilities of Coordinator:
- To conduct meetings and maintaining corresponding documents
- To organize events like seminars, workshops, etc. to enhance alumni interaction for healthy and friendly interaction for the enhancement of current students for career planning, placement and transitions with the help of Alumni Association (Kidderpore St. Thomas’ College of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association (Registration No.: S0035363 of 2023-24))
- To organize sports events (e.g., football match, cricket match, badminton match, table tennis match, etc.) for creating healthy and friendly relationships among alumni and current students with the help of Alumni Association (Kidderpore St. Thomas’ College of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association (Registration No.: S0035363 of 2023-24))
- To coordinate with Alumni Association (Kidderpore St. Thomas’ College of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association (Registration No.: S0035363 of 2023-24)) to get updates about membership status and donations
Roles and Responsibilities of Faculty Members:
- Serve as the point of contact between the department, alumni, and the Alumni Association.
- Maintain updated departmental alumni records.
- Identify suitable alumni for talks, seminars, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
- Encourage alumni participation in activities related to career guidance, higher studies, and industry exposure for students.
- Assist in organizing alumni meets, interactive sessions, departmental gatherings, and technical or non-technical events.
- Coordinate logistics (venue, schedule, communication) along with the Alumni Coordination Cell.
- Motivate alumni to register on the alumni portal and become members of the Alumni Association (Kidderpore St. Thomas’ College of Engineering and Technology Alumni Association, Registration No.: S0035363 of 2023-24).
- Gather structured feedback from alumni
