Co-Curricular Activity Cell

Functionality of The Cell
  • To provide a clear plan for organizing activities that go along with classroom learning.
  • To help students grow in all areas by encouraging them to take part in different activities outside class.
  • To help students build skills like leadership, communication, teamwork, and creativity through events and programs.
  • To encourage students to join competitions and events inside and outside the college.
  • To work with teachers, departments, and outside groups to improve the activities.
  • To manage money and resources well, so events can happen smoothly.
  • To keep records of activities, who participated, and what was achieved for reports and reviews.
  • To collect feedback from students to make activities better.
  • To create a friendly and fair space where everyone’s talents, creativity, and good values are encouraged.

Coordinator

  • To coordinate co-curricular activities in alignment with students’ interests and the institution’s educational objectives.
  • To plan and organize seminars, workshops, and competitions to promote overall student development.
  • To oversee event logistics, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and safety standards.
  • To allocate and manage budgets for co-curricular activities, ensuring efficient utilization of funds
  • To maintain detailed documentation and records of all co-curricular activities for accreditation and reporting purposes.
  • To promote leadership, communication skills, teamwork, and other soft skills through structured co-curricular engagements.
  • To collect and analyze feedback from participants for continuous improvement.
  • To ensure smooth functioning of the cell through effective coordination and communication among all members.

Members

  • Assist the coordinator in planning, organizing, and executing co-curricular activities, such as seminars, workshops, and competitions.
  • Motivate and guide students to participate in various activities,
  • Collect, record, and report feedback from participants to assist in the evaluation and continuous improvement of activities.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other faculty members, the coordinator, and administration to ensure proper flow of information and resources.
  • Participate in activity cell meetings and provide valuable suggestions for future planning and improvements.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive atmosphere throughout all events
